All our staff are encouraged to continually update their skills and qualifications, and we support them with achieving this. The benefit of this not only helps our staff and the business, but it also passes onto our customers. Developments in skills means that developments can be made to the training and other services that we provide to our customers, which helps us to maintain quality and satisfaction.

Equality and Diversity Training

In April 2011, our staff attended a training session in equality and diversity.

At our centre we see people from all walks of life. We take pride in offering an equal and fair service to all of our clients.

Environmental Awareness Training

As of January 2011 all staff have enrolled onto a qualification in Environmental Awareness. Through this our staff have become better equipped in understanding the issues regarding the environment and how it is so easily damaged. As well as this they now have the skills to understand methods that can be used to reduce the impacts that we have on our environment and how to put these methods into practice to ensure that we can do the best for the environment that we can, and set good examples which we hope others will follow.
