Our manual handling course will equip you with the essential knowledge for enabling you to lift and carry a load within the workplace both correctly, safely and securely. It will teach you about the dangers involved with manual handling and what effects this can have on our body, as well help you to understand the limitations of the body when it comes to lifting heavy loads. Due to this, amongst other things, you will also learn in what situations you should decide not to lift something manually and to instead use equipment to aid you.
